Shipping Policy

We ship within Ontario only. Vaping products are age restricted and regulated province by province, so we keep delivery inside the province where we are licensed to sell. Shipping costs and taxes, including HST, are calculated at checkout.

Local pickup is free at our store: Emerald Park Retail & Offices, 4750 Yonge Street, 2nd Floor, Unit 154, North York ON M2N 5M6. We will let you know when your order is ready. Bring government-issued photo ID; we verify age at pickup for every order, no exceptions. Pickup orders can be paid in store.

You must be of legal age in your province to purchase from Vape Ave, and every shipped order is delivered with a signature requirement. The person accepting the package must sign for it and present valid government-issued photo ID proving they are of legal age.

The carrier will not leave a package unattended and cannot hand it to anyone who fails or refuses the ID check. If age cannot be verified at the door, the package is returned to us and the order is handled under our Warranty, Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please make sure someone of legal age with valid ID is available to receive the delivery.

We pack orders as quickly as we can and will confirm when your order has shipped. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location within Ontario. If your order seems delayed, get in touch and we will track it down.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will sort it out with the carrier. Keep the packaging if a shipment arrives damaged; it helps with the claim.

All sales are final, so there is no general mail-in returns process; see our Warranty, Returns & Exchanges Policy for the full rules. A disposable that arrives faulty from the manufacturer must be brought to our store within 24 hours for review and cannot be mailed back.

Where the return results from our error, we cover the return shipping. We strongly recommend a trackable shipping service, and please keep your tracking information and proof of shipment until the return has been processed; Vape Ave is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit before they reach us. Packages mailed without prior authorization may be refused. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the error is ours or applicable law requires otherwise.
